This class can be fun for and Individual, $75.00 Semi-Private $45.00/pp or Group Class $30/pp! The Class will utilize some or all of the Pilates Apparatus in this 50 minute Jam Session! For example, class might start on the Mat, then move to the reformer and end with some play time on the Cadillac or Chair! It will be up to the teacher discretion and the clients ability as assessed by the teacher.
