Meet the Founder/Instructor
Andrea is a lifelong athlete and certified Pilates instructor with a background spanning competitive swimming, endurance cycling, triathlon training, and wellness-focused movement. After decades of balancing a successful career in design with an active lifestyle, she pursued professional Pilates certification and now specializes in helping clients of all ages build strength, mobility, balance, and core stability. Through personalized instruction, she combines classical Pilates principles with functional conditioning to support athletic performance, injury prevention, and overall well-being.
